1. Refund Eligibility
- If an appointment is canceled by the consultant, a full refund will be issued to the client.
- If a client cancels an appointment at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled time, they will receive an 80% refund of the booking amount.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 days before the appointment.
- If a client misses the appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds are not applicable once a consultation has been completed.
3. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-12 business days to the original payment method.
